He believes the answer for true care is the method in which we mobilize Chaplains, Counselors, and Training.
His signature series, Living the Resilient Life training has been approved by the IL Training and Standards Board (IELTSB) and is in 3 mobile training units across the state and growing.
He serves 100 agencies and over 4000 officers annually. He sought for accurately depicting the challenges and the victories with humor and dignity at memorials, conferences, and special events.
