- 23+ years of Law Enforcement at Macomb Police Department, current Interim Chief of Police
- ILEAP AM since 2011, paper file accredited in 2012, Tier 2 in 2018 and now on Power DMS
- 2017 Became the ILEAP Coordinator to help guide the program, answer questions, and began assessing agencies
- Since then the program has grown from 12 departments in 2012 to 57 in 2023
- ILACP received a DOJ COPS Office Grant, in late 2022, to expand accreditation
- Goal is to add 25 small/rural (sub 150k population) agencies to the ILEAP ranks.
