Uray Don spent 26 years as a Special Agent with the US Department of Justice – Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Don spent the first part of his career perfecting criminal cases against violent individuals and organizations. During his time at ATF, he held several leadership roles in the agency to include first line supervisor, Program Manager, Division Chief and Assistant Special Agent in Charge. Don oversaw the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN) to help agencies connect shooting scenes together.
Don achieved the rank of Senior Executive Service (SES) and was promoted to the Deputy Director of the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC) and retired in 2016 as the Special Agent in Charge of the Columbus Field Division. Don attended the prestigious FBI National Academy and was recruited to return a one-year detail as a Leadership Fellow at the FBI National Academy, providing leadership training to executive management for state, local and international law enforcement agencies. Don Achieved his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management; is a certified Product Manager (PM) and recently acquired his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS. Don is currently the Vice president of Operations with Evidence IQ.
