Midwest Security & Police Expo 2009 Issues Call for Papers

MSPCE Conference, August 11-12, 2009

ROSEMONT, Ill. (March 19, 2009) – Private security, law enforcement and public safety industry professionals are invited to submit a paper for presentation during the 2009 Midwest Security & Police Conference/Expo (MSPCE), held Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 11-12, 2009, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, Ill.

The Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police in partnership with ROC Exhibitions, Inc., present MSPCE 2009, now in its ninth year. The exposition and conference is one of the largest industry events of its kind in the Midwest, attracting more than 2,000 industry professionals every year.

MSPCE is sponsored by the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the professional organization of Chiefs of Police and other leaders of Police and Public Safety Organizations in the State of Illinois. MSPCE is supported by the Illinois Security Chiefs Association, Illinois Drug Enforcement Officers Association and the Illinois Campus Law Enforcement Administrators Association. Together, these organizations provide industry information and advanced education opportunities to private security and law enforcement professionals throughout the Midwest.

Proposals are welcome from individuals interested in teaching educational courses related to private security, law enforcement and life safety. Deadline for submission of all materials is April 24, 2009. Please email abstracts or proposals to pniemiec@rocexhibitions.com. All presentation proposals will be reviewed by the sessions committee and selections will be made based on quality, relevance and focus.
